At the core of our product is a member-facing app, which employees use to find top doctors eligible for their Garner benefit and track their reimbursements over time. The Care Navigation team is responsible for the end-to-end member experience encompassing the application, pro-active outreach via several channels, and a hybrid human/concierge team to help them with any questions.
The target salary range for this position is: $175,000-220,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans.
