Job Summary:
As a Virtual Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand visibility, and generate leads. You will oversee content creation, analytics, and community management across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to support brand growth and lead generation.
- Create, schedule, and manage high-quality content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster community interaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
- Proven track record of growing social media audiences and increasing engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and content optimization.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of paid social media advertising and audience targeting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B marketing or working with executive-level audiences.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
- Graphic design and video editing skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
