About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Product Owner to guide the development of cutting-edge SaaS solutions for the automotive sector. This is a key leadership role, working closely with the Development, DevOps, and QA team members to deliver innovative software products to our Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate has a strong software engineering background, excellent team management skills, and the ability to drive the product vision.

This position is ideal for an experienced individual with a proven track record of working in multicultural, international teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business and technical requirements

  • Translate business needs into actionable specifications for the development team

  • Lead and coordinate the development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure smooth collaboration

  • Provide guidance, remove blockers, and optimize team performance

  • Ensure technical feasibility of features and oversee development from concept to deployment

  • Act as a liaison between business and technical team

  • Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring tasks are well-defined and prioritized based on business impact

  • Work closely with stakeholders to align development efforts with company goals

  • Act as the main point of contact between business leadership and the technical team

  • Communicate technical progress, challenges, and opportunities to non-technical stakeholders

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

  • Ensure adherence to agile best practices, improving team efficiency and delivery

  • Define and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure software reliability, usability, and performance

  • Define and guide the system architecture and infrastructure to support scalability, security, and performance

  • Ensure that architectural decisions align with business needs and best practices

  • Perform infrequently code reviews on technical implementation to ensure quality and maintainability

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in software engineering

  • Proven experience in leading and managing software development teams

  • Background as an expatriate or experience working in multicultural and international teams

  • Strong understanding of web-based and cloud-based solutions

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

Language Proficiency

  • English (Full Professional Working/ Native Proficiency)
