Performance Marketing Manager

Position:

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing paid marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and ensuring smooth client delivery. You will play a key role in driving results through data-driven strategies, client collaboration, and creative execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Analytics and Reporting – Collect and analyze data from various paid marketing campaigns, primarily on Meta Ads.

  • Prepare Weekly Reports – Generate insights and reports for each client, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Client Delivery – Organize and deliver creative assets to our clients, ensuring all materials are aligned with campaign goals.

  • Creative Analysis – Evaluate ad creative performance and identify key elements that drive engagement and conversions. Work closely with the design and marketing teams to provide strategic recommendations for improving creative effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on managing ad spend for clients.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Facebook Ads Manager, Notion, and Meta Ads.

  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in assessing paid social campaign performance and providing actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to assess and improve ad creatives for maximum engagement.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
