Job description

Mira Search is an international recruitment agency hiring employees on behalf of our client, a global IT holding company. Founded in 2017, the company continues to develop innovative technological and marketing solutions worldwide. We provide our clients with effective solutions in digital marketing, creativity, design, traffic, and payment systems for the global entertainment industry.

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Executive Search Recruiter to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle at the executive level, from sourcing to offer negotiations for senior positions and C-suite;

• Developing and implementing strategic search plans to attract passive candidates using networking contacts, referrals, and executive search platforms;

• Conducting thorough and structured interviews to assess qualifications, fit, and leadership potential of executive-level candidates;

• Creating and maintaining a talent pool of executive-level candidates for future hiring needs;

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing the full recruitment cycle at the executive level, especially for senior positions and C-suite (at least 3-5 years);

• Expertise in executive search techniques and a strong network of contacts in the iGaming and Fintech industries;

• Deep knowledge of executive recruitment strategies, assessment methods, and selection techniques;

• Ability to conduct structured competency-based and behavioral interviews for high-level candidates;

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;

• At least an upper-intermediate level of English.
