Job Description: We are seeking a Senior UX Designer with at least 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing intuitive, user-centered designs for our fintech clients' mobile applications and websites. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical feasibility, delivering exceptional user experiences in digital financial solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • User Research: Utilize consumer research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to develop intuitive and user-focused designs for our fintech clients' mobile apps and websites.
  • Prototyping and Design: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and product improvements in financial products.
  • Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure design alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Experience Mapping: Develop detailed user flows and journey maps to visualize the complete customer experience in fintech solutions.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency of the user experience across mobile, web, and other digital platforms.
  • Secure UX Design: Design secure UX patterns for sensitive interactions such as login, payments, and account management to build customer trust.
  • Technical Optimization: Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are optimized for speed and performance on both mobile and web platforms.
  • Client Collaboration: Interact directly with our fintech clients to understand their specific needs and translate them into effective design solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a UX Designer or Interaction Designer.
  • Portfolio: Online portfolio or work samples attached to the resume, demonstrating experience in creating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns across desktop and mobile devices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience working with stakeholders to plan and execute strategic programs.
  • Design Standards: Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards.
  • Responsive Design: Experience designing responsive web or native mobile applications.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch and Figma.
  • Agile Environment: Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Design Language Systems (DLS): Proven experience working with Design Language Systems, creating and managing reusable components and design patterns.
  • Design Principles: Strong understanding of design principles, including visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and interaction design.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features through a user-centered design process.
  • Advanced Education: Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, or a related field.
  • Fintech Experience: Previous experience in the fintech or financial sector is highly desirable.
