    Job Description

    Following a period of growth, we have an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join us as a Key Account Manager Luxury Sales. This role will focus on establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with luxury partners, including hotels and intermediaries representing high net-wealth and/or prestigious clients. This will include concierges at leading hotels, initially in London but progressing to other UK cities. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with extensive local knowledge, a strong network, and the ability to identify and capture business opportunities. The successful candidate will leverage their background working with luxury clients and their membership of relevant associations to create valuable and long-lasting relationships.     YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

    • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with concierges, travel decision makers at high-end hotels and intermediaries representing high net-wealth and/or prestigious clients, ensuring they are well-informed about SIXT’s offerings and services. Initial focus will be in London, but this is expected to expand to other UK cities.
    • Account Acquisition & Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities through concierge referrals and networks, plus create business from intermediaries representing high net-wealth and/or prestigious clients. Develop and progress to secure lasting revenues.
    • Market Penetration & Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase brand presence within the concierge and intermediaries representing high net-wealth and/or prestigious clients in order to build partnerships that generate consistent revenue. ·
    • Sales Strategy & Negotiation: Create customized sales approaches to meet the specific needs of customer, including the full sales cycle, such as proposals, negotiations, and contract agreements. 
    • Collaboration with Hotel Teams: Work closely with hotel staff, including front office and sales teams, to deliver tailored offers and exceptional service to concierges and their high-net-worth clients. ·
    • Networking & Event Participation: Attend luxury industry events, concierge association meetings, networking opportunities and groups attended by intermediaries representing high net-wealth and/or prestigious clients to enhance brand visibility and influence.
    • Market Insights & Reporting: Keep track of local market trends, competitor activity, to provide timely feedback to the company’s leadership team. Regularly report on sales performance and key account progress

    • Industry Insight: In-depth understanding of luxury market dynamics, coupled with a deep appreciation for premium services and a track record of staying ahead of industry trends.
    • Account Management Excellence: Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile accounts simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, prioritizing deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
    • Valuable Network: Established and relevant network of high-level contacts within the luxury market to drive growth and cultivate new opportunities.
    • Flawless Presentation: First-class verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and tailored messaging to suit an elite audience.
