Job description

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Manager of Total Rewards and People Operations to drive key initiatives in compensation, benefits, and HR operations. This role will play a critical part in shaping and executing our Total Rewards strategy while ensuring our People Operations processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with our company goals.

What you'll do:

Total Rewards

Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market trends.
Lead annual compensation review processes, including merit increases, bonus programs, and equity awards.
Partner with external vendors to evaluate and optimize benefit offerings, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to maintain competitive pay structures.
Develop and deliver clear communication to employees about Total Rewards programs.

People Operations

Streamline and improve HR processes, systems, and workflows to support a seamless employee experience.
Oversee HRIS management, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and IT, to optimize payroll, compliance, and other operational processes.
Support key People team initiatives, such as talent reviews, workforce planning, and organizational design.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Leadership and Strategy

Serve as a trusted advisor to the VP of People, providing insights and recommendations on Total Rewards and operational strategies.
Partner with People team leaders to drive alignment on organizational goals and priorities.
Provide mentorship and support to HR team members, fostering their development and growth.

What you'll bring to the team:

5+ years of experience in Total Rewards, People Operations, or related HR functions, preferably in a software or tech environment.
Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices, including global programs.
Expertise in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, UKG, Dayforce) and process optimization.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and present actionable insights to leadership.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of implementing scalable solutions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Proven experience leading and managing a team, with a track record of developing talent and fostering collaboration.
Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CCP, SHRM-SCP) a plus.
