We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Customer Enablement Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the success of our Nozomi customer sales and marketing ecosystem by ensuring customers are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and resources they need to sell, implement, and support our products and solutions effectively. This role will work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support to develop and implement comprehensive enablement programs and initiatives aimed at optimizing customer performance.

What You Will Do

  • Customer Training: Design and deliver comprehensive sales and marketing training programs for new Nozomi customers, ensuring participants have a clear understanding of digital printing capabilities, markets, applications, and how to sell the overall value proposition.
  • Enablement Materials & Resources: Develop and maintain a library of customer-facing materials such as sales playbooks, collateral, solution guides, training modules, and meeting scripts to empower our Nozomi customers’ sales teams to effectively win new digital volume opportunities.
  • Co-Marketing Event Coordination: Organize and lead partner events, webinars, workshops, and training sessions to engage and educate partners, promoting our brand and solutions.
  • Pricing Effectiveness: Develop and maintain best practices, reference materials and training programs that ensure Nozomi customers accurately and competitively price EFI digital print opportunities
  • Design for digital: In partnership with the BD design team,develop and maintain best practices, reference materials and training programs that ensure Nozomi customers fully leverage digital capabilities in their design while also reducing overall ink consumption
  • Customer Feedback Loop: Collect feedback from customers on enablement programs and materials, continuously improving the resources and support provided to maximize customer sales and marketing effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align customer enablement efforts with company goals, ensure consistency in messaging, and foster a collaborative partner ecosystem.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and new product developments to ensure partners are always well-informed and prepared to sell our solutions.

This role might be a good fit if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in partner enablement, channel management, sales, or related roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Basic understanding of partner ecosystems, sales cycles, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience in creating and delivering training programs, presentations, and workshops.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure program effectiveness.
  • A proactive, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerStack, HubSpot) preferred
  • Knowledge of [industry-specific solutions/products] and related technologies preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically and act tactically to implement enablement programs.
  • Certifications in partner management or enablement frameworks (e.g., Channel Sales, Partner Account Management).

The total compensation for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.

$50,000 - $67,000 USD

The successful candidate's total compensation will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions . Compensation is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. The compensation range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
