Description

The Strategy Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Strategy in the design and development of the company's strategic plan. The ideal candidate will provide analytical insights, assist in the development of new initiatives, prepare key documentation, and oversee the launch and follow-up of strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Director of Strategy in designing and developing the company's strategic plan.
• Perform detailed analyses to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborate on the development of new strategic initiatives to drive growth.
• Create professional and visually compelling presentations and reports using MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
• Coordinate and monitor the launch and execution of strategic projects, ensuring timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Education: Open to candidates from diverse educational backgrounds.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in strategy, business analysis, or related fields. Previous experience in consulting firms is valued.
• Languages: Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is required.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques is highly valued.
