Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Remote Office Assistant to join our team. This individual will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support our legal staff and ensure efficient operation of the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing files.

  • Handle correspondence with clients and other stakeholders via email and phone.

  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.

  • Assist with client billing and processing invoices.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all client and firm information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
