Position Overview
 
Trio is looking for an IT System Administrator with deep knowledge and broad experience across multiple technologies including Azure, Office 365, networking, Windows and Linux-based enterprise systems and infrastructure application support. 

This employee will be a member of the Information Technology team directly supporting our Technology Infrastructure; they must be comfortable working on critical systems with a sense of urgency appropriate to the responsibilities. 

The ideal candidate will be flexible and flourish in a fast-paced and challenging environment.  The candidate should be a self-starter and self-motivated.

This position is a full-time, remote position based in Mexico.

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain Microsoft Azure Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS), Microsoft EntraID, and Microsoft Azure Storage Services.
  • Administer Microsoft Office 365 applications and services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and Intune.
  • Maintain Cisco Meraki network equipment including firewalls, switches and wireless access points.
  • Maintain and administer Microsoft Windows Server, SQL and Linux Servers
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems, policies and procedures.
  • Provide remote, and potentially local, Tier III Help Desk support across all US time zones.
  • Help remediate cybersecurity vulnerabilities using industry-standard applications and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functioning teams to identify and resolve technical problems.
  • Exercise a high degree of responsibility for the processes, systems and tools you create and manage.
  • Make recommendations, justify and implement improvements using an accepted change control methodology.

  • Desired Background
  • Undergraduate degree in an applicable professional, business, or technical discipline (preferred) 
  • Cloud certifications are a plus (Microsoft preferred) 
  • Four to six years of strong experience in Microsoft Cloud technologies: Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams), Azure Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), , MIcrosoft EntraID, , , Teams, Intune, SQL
  • Six to eight years of strong experience managing servers (Microsoft & Linux) and networks. 
  • Four to six years of experience in administering cybersecurity systems:  Email security, Endpoint security, Security Appliances, Enterprise Mobility, Patch Management, SIEM
