What You’ll Do:  
• Lead Paid User Acquisitions: Manage and scale acquisition campaigns for mobile, web, and desktop offerings through channels like targeted advertising, push notifications, in-app messaging, and email marketing
• Hands-On Funnel Optimizations: Identify and drive growth initiatives across the funnel and partner with marketing, product and engineering teams to ensure solid execution
• Own KPIs and Analytics: Monitor and improve growth funnel metrics, ensuring clear insights into business performance and focus areas
 • Drive Accountability: Maintain high standards in tracking, documenting, and reporting campaign performance
• Communicate Effectively: Present growth trends and performance at the executive level, contributing to strategic planning sessions
• Resource Strategically: Find and leverage the right mix of external tools, contractors and other resources to support and execute your growth initiatives
 
Skills You’ll Need to Have:    
Expertise in Mobile Growth: 5+ years in mobile app growth, user acquisition, or CRO roles, with a strong track record  
• Funnel Optimization & Experimentation Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience in analyzing, testing and improving various KPIs across the funnel
 • App Store Savvy: 2+ years of experience with Google Play, iOS App Store, and App Store Optimization (ASO)
• Ad Network Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, ASA, and mobile ad networks
 • Tool Knowledge: Proficiency with Google Suite, Firebase, Iterable, Amplitude, and JIRA
 • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with a focus on data-driven results
• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills across organizational levels
• Mindset and Adaptability: A growth mindset, team-player attitude, and scrappy problemsolving skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field
