Job description

Position Available: Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in California

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you'll deliver vital care, from assessments to treatment plans, while maintaining comprehensive clinical documentation. Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate client needs and connect them to appropriate community services.
  • Address complex issues, including trauma, substance use, and family dynamics, in crisis settings.
  • Share insights on client challenges with the team to promote positive outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care, including histories, assessments, and progress notes.

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 annually + benefits

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field
  • Licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in the state of California
  • Proven experience in providing counseling services to a diverse clientele.
