Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Agile Coach to lead the transformation and adoption of Agile practices within our Data Systems teams. This role is pivotal in enhancing team collaboration, leadership alignment, and driving continuous improvement across teams operating in a complex and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to drive Agile practices tailored to Data Systems operations.
Provide team-level and leadership-level coaching, focusing on practical application and long-term sustainability.
Leverage vast knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to customize approaches suited to the unique needs of the organization.
Facilitate conflict resolution and navigate difficult conversations with teams and stakeholders to foster a collaborative culture.
Influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels to align with Agile principles and support change initiatives.
Collaborate with the Change Management and Training Groups to promote Agile adoption and support cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure availability during Philippine business hours to accommodate team needs and time zone alignment.
Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in Agile coaching with demonstrated success in large-scale Agile transformations.
Expertise in Data Systems operations with deep understanding of data lifecycle processes and challenges.
Strong experience in coaching distributed teams and working across global time zones.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on influencing, persuading, and guiding teams through complex changes.
Proficiency in Agile tools and techniques, including conflict resolution, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Change Management frameworks to enhance collaboration between teams.
