Join Our Team as an ITOM Architect! 🚀

About Us

At Einar & Partners, we believe in creating meaningful change by fostering creativity and excellence in everything we do. We are trailblazers in the ServiceNow ITOM space, collaborating with major industry players to redefine innovation. Our small but mighty team thrives on bold ideas, cutting-edge approaches, and creating solutions that truly resonate with our clients and team alike. Joining us means being part of a dynamic, collaborative environment where your contributions shape the future of our company and the industry as a whole. Learn more about us at einar.partners.

About the Role

We are on an exciting quest to find an EU-based ITOM Architect with expertise in the ServiceNow Platform. As an ITOM architect, you will join our dynamic team of our talented architects, working on cutting-edge ITOM projects that are shaping the future of IT in the EU!

As a remote ServiceNow ITOM Architect at Einar & Partners, you will be at the forefront of innovation, making a significant impact on the industry. We are collaborating with major partners, which means your ideas and approaches will become an integral part of our company’s DNA. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to master and enhance our existing frameworks and rollout models for various ITOM areas in the ServiceNow Platform.

While you will report to our vibrant Amsterdam HQ, this position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the EU. We embrace a borderless work culture but also value face-to-face interactions. Expect occasional trips to exciting European cities for brainstorming sessions and team-building activities. It is the perfect blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration!

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an ITOM Architect who can dive in and make waves. Here are the essential skills and experiences we are seeking:

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow ITOM Modules
  • Strong knowledge of CMDB / CSDM
  • Familiarity with ITSM & ITIL principles

Bonus Points for Experience With:

  • Infrastructure & IT Operations (Linux, Windows, Networking, Databases, Azure/AWS)
  • Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
  • Monitoring Tools & Event Management
  • Coding (we love a tech polyglot!)
  • Data models such as Archimate, TOGAF, IT4IT

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a versatile problem-solver with a humble yet confident approach.

  • Hosting workshops that inspire and energise participants
  • Creating presentations and models that simplify complex information
  • Working with user stories and agile development to guide and motivate team members
  • Understanding ITOM from various perspectives, from pre-sales to implementation details
  • Breaking down abstract concepts into clear ideas for diverse stakeholders

At E&P, we pride ourselves on our employee-focused culture and work style. We are genuinely interested in your aspirations and committed to helping you achieve your goals.

We get excited about people who:

  • Have high emotional intelligence – you can work well with a variety of people, keep your cool, and navigate politics in projects.
  • Think in abstracts – you can see both the forest and the trees, making insightful connections along the way.
  • Stay organised – you plan your weeks and tasks with great structure, distinguishing between what is urgent and what is important.
  • Lead with care – you encourage others, lift your team, and take responsibility when needed.
  • Share knowledge freely – you believe knowledge is meant to be shared, not hoarded, and you are excited to contribute through content, podcasts, or mentoring.
  • Never stop learning – you are always hungry to expand your knowledge and grow as a professional.

Perks and Benefits

  • Generous Time Off: 25 days of paid holiday per year, plus statutory holidays
  • People-First Culture: We are committed to your growth and success, supporting both your personal and professional goals.
  • Wellbeing Focus: Paid mental health days off – take care of yourself and your mind

  • Flexible Work Options: Co-working space sponsorship
  • Top-Notch Equipment: We provide all the tools you need to succeed
  • Personal Growth: Career development plans, performance bonuses, coaching sessions, and skill-enhancing training
  • Industry-Leading Community: Be part of a leading ServiceNow ITOM community
  • Flat Salary Structure: We pay based on skills, not location, ensuring fairness across the EU
  • Global Travel Insurance: Valid in all countries
