About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MS Dynamics ERP Lead Solution Architect to join our team in Sweden. In this critical leadership role, you will drive the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and deliver measurable value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to deliver innovative and scalable ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design:
  
• Lead the architectural design of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  
• Develop comprehensive technical blueprints that align with business requirements.
  
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  
• Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
  
• Act as the technical advisor for ERP initiatives, communicating complex concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  
• Implementation Leadership:
  
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
  
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver customizations, integrations, and extensions.
  
• Governance & Standards:
  
• Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and governance processes.
  
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, data privacy, and security requirements.
  
• Team Leadership:
  
• Mentor and guide solution architects, functional consultants, and technical teams.
  
• Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  
• Continuous Improvement:
  
• Stay up-to-date on the latest Microsoft Dynamics ERP updates, trends, and best practices.
  
• Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.
  

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations preferred).
  
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing large-scale ERP solutions.
  
• Deep understanding of ERP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and HR.
  
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
  
• Proficiency in integration frameworks, data migration, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
