Summary:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a strategic sales leader responsible for driving revenue growth across New Era Technology’s entire portfolio within the Global Services business unit. The role combines the ability to cross-sell into existing accounts and generate new business through leveraging a strong network of contacts. The BDM plays a pivotal role in executing New Era’s GTM strategy, with a specific focus on cultivating relationships and uncovering opportunities through strategic partners such as Microsoft and SAP. Success in this role requires deep expertise in solution-based selling, a hunter mentality, and a proven ability to build strong client and partner relationships.
