Account Executive

Location: Columbus, OH - this will be fully remote with limited travel

Are you a driven sales professional passionate about technology and innovation? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? We're looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join a massively growing US sales team and drive business success. While this role is fully remote, we are looking for sales reps that are located in Columbus, OH or within the greater Columbus area.

From security integration services to compliance and safety regulations, they provide tailored strategies to solve their clients' toughest challenges. They sell into multiple markets including: SLED, Healthcare, Finance, Retail, Data Centers, and more. They are backed by a PE firm and have grown almost 3x in the past 4 years.

What You'll Do
As an Account Executive, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in multiple markets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Present IT solutions and services tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction: Sales Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Finance.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Manage an open book of accounts that will be assigned to you once you join the company to continue to expand business: cross-sell, add-ons, renewal, and upsell opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in IT consulting, software, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with a keen understanding of IT solutions and their business impact.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for solving client challenges.
  • Bachelors degree
  • Ability to travel 20% of the year - once or twice a quarter
