We are now branching into industrial staffing. As part of our growth, we are actively seeking motivated Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at CloudRay, Inc.
Job Description:
Actively seek and acquire new clients by identifying business opportunities, networking, and building relationships in the industrial staffing industry.
Collaborate with potential clients to understand their workforce requirements and staffing needs.
Develop and execute strategies to expand accounts and increase business opportunities.
Work closely with our recruiting team to match client requirements with suitable candidates, ensuring high-quality placements.
Continuously engage with clients to ensure their staffing needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential client needs and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Solid account management experience, preferably in the industrial staffing industry.
An existing network of contacts to jump start new line of business
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Quick learning ability and adaptability to excel in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.
A go-getter mentality with a focus on achieving account growth and maintaining quality.
Willingness to travel occasionally to support client relationships and business growth.
