We are seeking Revenue Cycle Consultants to join our Healthcare Consulting Practice. Who We’re Looking For

We’re on the hunt for innovative, passionate professionals who bring:

  • Educational Excellence: A bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, accounting, or a related field.
  • Industry Expertise: minimum 4 years of revenue cycle operations experience across provider segments, including health systems, hospitals, hospice, palliative care, nursing homes, home care, behavioral health, and physician practices.
  • Consulting Acumen:
    • Proven ability to lead revenue cycle transformation projects.
    • Expertise in business process redesign, system implementation, staff development, and cash acceleration.
    • Strategic problem-solving and ROI development for clients.
    • A knack for distilling complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional Soft Skills: Strong multitasking, client-facing, and communication abilities.
  • Flexibility and Mobility: Ability to travel locally and nationally, approximately 20%-30%.

 

What You’ll Do 

Four to Six years’ experience:

  • Conduct detailed assessments of client revenue cycle operations, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver high-quality deliverables, including data analysis, process maps, and actionable recommendations.
  • In a team environment, provide insights that shape strategies and solutions.
  • Develop technical skills and industry knowledge while working under experienced leaders.
  • Supervise project workstreams, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Guide our clients through project implementation and operational improvements.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Identify additional client needs and support business development efforts.

 

Six to Nine years’ experience:

  • Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, while developing and maintaining client and internal relationships.
  • Develop and execute project strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Act as a thought leader in revenue cycle transformation, contributing to white papers, webinars, blogs and conferences.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building client trust, and expanding service offerings.

 

Ten-plus years’ experience

  • Spearhead complex, high-impact engagements, delivering results that transform client operations.
  • Lead as a strategic partner to executive-level stakeholders, offering solutions that drive organizational success.
  • Shape the future of our practice by driving service innovation, team mentoring and development, excellent client service and new business development.
  • Maintain and enhance industry knowledge as an SME in area(s) of specialty.

Base compensation for these roles varies depending on experience and is within the range of $85K to $175K, excluding bonuses. Geographic factors are also considered.
