Job description

Job Title: Inside Sales Producer
Location: Remote (CST Preferred)
Salary Range: $2,500 - $3,500 USD per month

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM CST.

Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Producer is a dynamic role focused on making over 100 daily phone calls to warm or cold leads, providing exceptional customer service, and proactively offering our range of services. This position requires someone who thrives on solving problems, creating happy customers, and being part of a fun, excellence-driven team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management and Sales: Make over 100 daily calls to warm and cold leads, offering tailored solutions from our service portfolio.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate services.
  • Document lead interactions and forward relevant information to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Customer Service Support: Handle inbound phone calls and emails from existing customers.
  • Address complaints, provide quotes, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with specialized teams for technical or complex service needs.
  • Client Proactivity: Proactively follow up with past and potential clients to identify service needs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and repeat business.
  • Daily Operations: Manage a dynamic workload involving client communication, jokes, and creative problem-solving.
  • Contribute to team culture with humor and positivity, ensuring a supportive and engaging work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience and Skills: Minimum 5 years of customer service or sales experience (7+ years preferred).
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward client satisfaction.

Technical Requirements:

  • Reliable work-from-home setup with equipment capable of running required applications.
  • Willingness to install a secure VPN for data protection.
