We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our team as Associate Academic Head - Pharmacy Courses. This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape pharmacy education, design cutting-edge programs, and empower students to excel in Indian exams like GPAT/NIPER, as well as international pharmacy licensing exams.

• Design and implement industry-relevant pharmacy courses.
• Research and propose new courses, develop their curriculum, and build business plans for successful launches.

• Recruit, mentor, and manage expert pharmacy faculty members.
• Foster a culture of academic excellence to deliver engaging and effective instruction.

• Develop and uphold quality standards for educational content and delivery.
• Use student feedback and performance metrics to continually improve the learning experience.

• Collaborate with the tech team to incorporate advanced educational technologies.
• Ensure seamless delivery of interactive and engaging course materials.

• Build relationships with healthcare leaders, research institutions, and stakeholders.
• Integrate industry insights into courses and create professional development opportunities for students.

• Develop strategies to enhance student interaction and success.
• Create resources and events to foster a collaborative and dynamic learning environment.

• MPharm or Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from premier institutions like NIPER, BHU, Jamia Hamdard, or equivalent.

• 5-10 years in pharmaceutical sciences education, with expertise in GPAT/NIPER or foreign pharmacy licensing exam preparation.
• Freshers with exceptional qualifications are also encouraged to apply.

• Strong foundation in pharmacy practice, pharmacology, or pharmaceutics.

• Proficient in online teaching and e-learning platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage a diverse pharmacy student base.
