Job Title: Leadership Coach

Company: GOTEAM

Location and Workplace: Onsite for the first 6 months, then hybrid (2 days WFH, 3 days onsite) (HQ in Cebu City)

Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 Pesos

GoTeam is in search of a Team Lead who will be overseeing our current team members and addressing client concerns with expertise and dedication.

About The Job

Key Duties:

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Proactively engage with clients and internal stakeholders from recruiting, finance, IT, HR, and leadership teams to foster collaborative partnerships and adeptly address challenges.
  • Industry Expertise: Manage and cultivate outsourced relationships spanning diverse industry verticals, including healthcare, IT, construction, and engineering. Leverage your profound understanding of the specific needs and dynamics within each sector.
  • Champion of Organic Growth: Identify and present growth opportunities based on compelling data gathered across internal stakeholders. Utilize your knowledge of client businesses to position GoTeam as the preferred outsourcing partner.
  • Project and Escalation Management: Oversee project delivery, manage escalations effectively, and ensure the seamless execution of client initiatives to drive mutual success.

KPIs, Goals, & Targets

  • Forecast Accuracy: 90% accuracy in financial forecasts. We need a crystal ball, but you’ll do.
  • Report Turnaround: Deliver monthly reports within 5 working days after month-end. No procrastination, just execution.
  • Variance Explanations: Be on top of it. Provide explanations for 95% of significant variances (like a detective, but with spreadsheets).
  • Budget Alignment: Achieve 95% budget compliance on projects and departments. Keep the numbers tight.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement at least 3 process improvements per year—because nothing's ever perfect, right?
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly across departments with a 90% satisfaction rate from internal stakeholders—because teamwork makes the dream work.
