Purpose of the Job – Overview

Job Title: Customer Care Analyst

Program Details:
This is a 6-month trainee program with the potential for a permanent position.
A monthly stipend will be provided during the training period.

Location: Fully Remote

Must have a 2 to 3 Hours Backup, 22 to 24” Monitor with HDMI Cable, Table, Chair and Quite place to

work.

Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 9 AM to 6 PM BST

• Saturday: 10 AM to 3 PM BST

About the Role

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Address and resolve customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Collect, clean, and analyze data using statistical tools and software.
    • Generate insights from data to support business objectives and recommend improvements.
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with a master's degree are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Academic background or proven skills in data analysis and related tools (Excel, Python, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
