Job description

AlWatania Information Systems is at the forefront of technological innovation, providing premium solutions for SAP SuccessFactors. We are looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors EC (Employee Central) & ECP (Employee Central Payroll) Consultant to enhance our expert team. In this role, you will lead the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll for diverse clients. Your expertise will guide clients in optimizing their HR processes through effective system configuration and best practices, ensuring seamless payroll and employee data management.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
  • Engage with clients to analyze their HR requirements and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their employee management and payroll processes.
  • Ensure proper integration between EC, ECP, and other relevant HR modules or external systems.
  • Oversee the development and execution of test plans, supporting system validation and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide ongoing support, issue resolution, and system enhancements for clients using SAP SuccessFactors EC and ECP.
  • Stay current on SAP SuccessFactors updates, sharing knowledge and insights on best practices with team members and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation and support.
  • Thorough understanding of HR processes, including time management, payroll processing, and employee management.
  • Experience with data migration, configuration, and integrating EC and ECP with other systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and timelines.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
