Role Description: As a Senior Consultant, you will be pivotal in providing expert guidance and support to clients in implementing and optimizing ServiceNow ITSM solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with clients to understand their business objectives, gathering requirements, and tailoring ServiceNow solutions to their needs. You will provide training and support to end-users, resolve issues, and ensure seamless implementation and adoption of the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications:

We are seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Developer with over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specializing in ITSM and Service Portal.
  • A thorough understanding of ITIL processes and industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated expertise in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, Service Portal, and ITOM solutions.
  • Proficiency in the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, Service Catalog, and ITSM modules.
  • Ability to lead workshops, deliver user training, and provide end-user support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a history of effective collaboration with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • ServiceNow certifications: CSA and CIS-ITSM are required.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
