Senior UI/UX Designer (FinTech) - fully remote

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, particularly in the

FinTech industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing user interfaces and

experiences tailored to the Saudi market, with a deep understanding of local user behavior, financial

services, and regulatory considerations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design strategy for financial products, ensuring they are intuitive, user-friendly, and
  
  

meet both business and customer needs.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and ensure the design
  
  

process is aligned with user expectations, particularly in the context of the Saudi market.

• Create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for digital financial products,
  
  

ensuring a consistent and cohesive user experience across all platforms.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to align design
  
  

solutions with technical requirements and business goals.

• Ensure designs adhere to Saudi regulations, industry standards, and accessibility best practices
  
  

while maintaining a modern, user-friendly experience.

• Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative design culture and ensuring quality
  
  

standards are met across the team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on FinTech products.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, local user behavior, and relevant regulatory
  
  

considerations.

• Familiarity with Saudi FinTech regulations and accessibility standards for financial products.
• Knowledge of mobile-first design principles and responsive design for financial apps.
  
  

Skills

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, wireframing, prototyping, and usability
  
  

testing.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions to
  
  

stakeholders.

• Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related
  
  

field.
