Job Responsibilities
- Web & Digital Design: Design visually compelling and user-friendly websites, digital experiences, and assets for eCommerce brands, ensuring they are aligned with user needs and client goals.
- Illustrations & Print: Create high-quality illustrations and print materials, including brochures, packaging, and promotional assets, ensuring brand consistency across both digital and physical platforms.
- Digital Asset Creation: Develop a wide range of digital assets, including banners, icons, and social media graphics, while ensuring visual consistency across all channels.
- Photoshop Alterations: Make precise alterations and edits to images using Photoshop, ensuring quality and brand alignment in every piece of work.
- Branding & Visual Identity: Support branding initiatives by creating logos, style guides, and visual identities that resonate with the target audience and business goals.
- 3D Digital Rendering & AI Generation: Leverage emerging technologies like 3D digital rendering and AI-generated content to enhance the design process and deliver cutting-edge visuals.
- Motion Graphics: Create engaging motion graphics for digital platforms, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
- Collaboration & Research: Work closely with developers, marketing, and product teams to ensure a seamless integration of design into functioning websites and marketing materials. Conduct user research to improve design functionality and align with user needs.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, including advancements in AI and 3D rendering, to ensure a high standard of design quality.
Job Requirements
- Primary Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic and web design, with a focus on web design, illustrations, print, digital assets, and Photoshop alterations.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, especially web design, digital assets, and print work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and web design principles, including responsive and mobile-first design.
- Secondary Skills:
- Experience in branding, including logo creation and visual identity development.
- Knowledge or experience with 3D digital rendering, AI generation, and motion graphics tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are essential.
