Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze vulnerability scan results, attack simulations, and threat exposure data from various sources (e.g., infrastructure, web apps, containers, cloud, IoT, and OT environments) within Hive Pro Uni5 Xposure’s data lake.
Identify correlations across assets, vulnerabilities, and misconfigurations, enabling actionable insights for threat detection, attack path identification, and remediation.
Develop rules and analytics that provide actionable recommendations for security posture improvement and vulnerability remediation.
Ensure all analytics lead to feasible actions that can be integrated into the platform, improving the security posture of users.
Drive the evolution of the platform by innovating new analytics and correlations that provide proactive security insights.
Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure these new features are technically implementable within the platform.
Design and build customized dashboards and reports for various cybersecurity stakeholders (e.g., CISOs, CXOs, security managers, vulnerability analysts).
Ensure dashboards present relevant, actionable insights at the right level for each persona.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including security analysts, product managers, and technology partners, to align analytics with platform goals and drive product innovation.

Key Skills:

In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, including vulnerability management, attack simulations, and threat exposure management.
Hands-on experience with security tools (vulnerability scanners, DAST, container security, cloud security).
Strong ability to analyze large datasets and correlate information across various assets and threat vectors.
Experience using tools like SQL, Python, or R for data analysis and threat intelligence.
Proven experience in translating insights into platform features that are scalable, implementable, and aligned with business goals.
Ability to balance technical feasibility with user-centric product development.
A passion for experimenting with new technologies and methodologies to enhance the platform’s security capabilities.
Experience driving product innovation through data-driven decision-making.
Expertise in designing intuitive dashboards and reports using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) tailored to different personas within the cybersecurity space.
Excellent communication skills to translate complex security data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation.
Self-driven with a passion for cybersecurity and continuous learning.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment with minimal supervision.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor's degree BE or B-tech, master’s degree is plus.
8+ years of product management experience, with a focus on security and/or data analytics.
Proven experience delivering B2B SaaS solutions in cybersecurity or a related domain.
Strong understanding of security concepts, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
Proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, or machine learning platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
