Leadership Tenure: Held a Brand Director role or similar position for at least 2–5+ years in a single organization.
DTC Marketing Expertise: A significant portion of the company’s growth under your leadership must have been driven by direct response advertising and marketing, paired with strong brand-building capabilities.
Brand Management Tactics Knowledge: Demonstrated expertise in creating and executing brand management strategies, including positioning, messaging, and market segmentation, to enhance brand equity and customer engagement.
