POSITION SUMMARY
Planet Technology is seeking Healthcare IT Sales professionals to join us in expanding our Healthcare Information Technology staffing practice on a national scale.
The ideal candidate will have a solid history of establishing and developing partnerships with hospital systems/networks, an accomplished sales leader with a proven record of consistent achievement and account retention.
Primary responsibilities:
Sell Planet Technology as a HCIT consulting business partner to prospective hospital systems/networks through multiple resources – including multimedia marketing campaigns, virtual or in-person client meetings, referrals, social media, etc.
Establish and develop business relationships with current and prospective company clients, manage fee negotiations and contracts, conversion rates and bill rates
Leverage sales tools to develop comprehensive account strategies to win new business from new and existing accounts
Communicate new job openings, closings, and feedback from the client to ensure strong candidate matches and line up interviews in a timely manner
Work with other Planet Group sales teams to upsell all Planet Group Staffing and Consulting services
Uncover immediate needs in our target market through leads and follow-ups, executing internal and external initiatives to drive profitable growth
Create and participate in sales meetings and presentations
Identify and attend key conferences and trade shows to increase company visibility and business opportunities
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of Healthcare IT staffing experience
Detailed understanding of full EMR/EHR lifecycle
Proven team builder and team player who can focus and continuously reinforce efforts to meet goals
Ability to develop strong customer relationships and negotiation skills
Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly and effectively
Excellent listening and communication skills
Exceptional time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with peers and Recruiting Team to develop a cohesive environment

Base Salary Range: $75,000-$110,000k
*The base salary rate will be commensurate with experience level and past success. A competitive commission structure based on weekly spread is also provided.
