Global Product Manager - Alternative Fuels
 

Veolia WTS CSM is seeking a visionary Global Product Manager for our Alternative Fuels division.
This pivotal role will drive sustainable growth and shape the future of our industry-leading product line. As the guardian of our product strategy, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to develop innovative solutions that meet customer demands, societal expectations, and shareholder objectives.

Your strategic insight will guide our technology roadmap, ensuring Veolia WTS CSM remains at the forefront of the alternative fuels sector. You will have the opportunity to influence industry trends, engage with key stakeholders, and lead a diverse team in delivering cutting-edge products that make a real impact on the global stage.

What are the Day-to-Day Duties?

  • Develop and own the global product line strategy and vision
  • Chair the product line global center of excellence (COE)
  • Engage with customers and industry to gather market intelligence
  • Manage ROI for core projects and investments
  • Govern projects and product management KPIs
  • Ensure global consistency in regional product lines and branding
  • Own and present NPI projects at growth boards and reviews
  • Support product launch processes and marketing collateral development
  • Contribute to price book setting and margin improvement initiatives
  • Drive direct material productivity improvement and cost optimisation
  • Exemplify EHS and ethical standards in all activities

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering, science, or marketing - or industry experience
  • Substantial experience in sales, technology, product management, marketing
  • Proven track record in water treatment or energy process industries
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategic visions
  • Strong process and project management skills
  • Success in developing cross-functional and cross-business relationships
  • Direct product line management expertise
  • Experience leading diverse, global teams
  • Commercial acumen in product/services chemical business
  • Global customer and competition knowledge in chemical treatment products
  • Multilingual capabilities preferred
