Overview
The SAP QM Manager plays a critical role in our organization by ensuring that quality management processes are integrated effectively within our SAP environment. This position is a key driver in developing and implementing quality management strategies that align with the overall business goals. The SAP QM Manager will work closely with various departments, including production, procurement, and engineering, to ensure that all quality standards are met and maintained.
In this dynamic role, the individual will lead cross-functional teams in quality-related projects and initiatives, providing technical guidance and support to achieve excellent product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. Ultimately, this role is pivotal in reinforcing the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across the quality management system.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage overall SAP QM processes and functionalities.
  • Develop and implement quality management strategies within SAP.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP QM roles.
  • Proven experience in managing quality assurance processes.
  • Strong understanding of quality management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with regulatory requirements in quality management.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
