Job Summary:

As a Digital Media Specialist, you will design and execute innovative digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, increase audience engagement, and deliver measurable results. With a deep understanding of digital platforms, analytics, and content creation, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital presence and driving our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Create, implement, and manage comprehensive digital media campaigns tailored to target audiences across various platforms.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop high-quality, engaging, and on-brand content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize content for search engines and manage paid advertising campaigns to maximize visibility and ROI.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee all social media platforms, crafting strategies to grow followers, enhance engagement, and build brand loyalty.
  • Digital Tools Expertise: Utilize advanced tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Hoot suite, and other marketing software to execute and track campaigns effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or any related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or media management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing.
  • Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital innovation and storytelling.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and delivering high-ROI campaigns.

Schedule: West African Time: full time/part time (Availability between 02:30pm and 10:30pm)
