Job Description

Development of SAP CPQ as a calculation and configuration tool for TSI and replacement of other configuration tools.

As an application manager you will carry out your tasks in a DevOps team with other experts to ensure maintenance of the Hub systems.

Job Duties and responsibilities:
• Holistic support of the applications from a technical and operational perspective
• Ensuring production stability, the availability of the application including planning of appropriate measures including non-functional requirements
• Ensuring security and compliance requirements (PSA/SDSK, ITSD roadmap, CAPE, ...)
• Holistic responsibility for the ITIL processes at Tel IT (change, incident, problem and configuration management, business continuity, etc.) and maintenance of the tools
• Development of smaller changes and collaboration with other developers
• Improving code to fulfill common standards (maintenance, accessibility)
• Ensuring changes sets, releases and deployments
• Support for applications on cloud

Qualifications

Mandatory technical/functional skills:
• experience in service management, application management, DevOps development or system operations,
• Further technical and process know-how according to ITIL is helpfull
• Python basics are welcome
• DevOps mindset and optional cloud basics
• Basic knowledge of agile team work
• Basic understanding of common software technologies and system architecture
• Teamwork and good communication skills
• English is needed, German is an advantage
