Job Description
As a Call Quality Coach, you will be working within a team, the core responsibility of the Call Quality Coach is to create & maintain long-standing relationships by providing first-class call & email assessments, coaching sessions, reporting and training suggestions including sales opportunities, customer experience programs, and staff engagement, to our customers.
Key responsibilities & duties:
- ● Conduct quality assessments of sales and service calls & emails
- ● Facilitate feedback and coaching sessions with clients
- ● Deliver induction and training sessions remotely and in person
- ● Contribute to training strategy and deliverables
- ● Build client rapport and identify improvement opportunities
- ● Recognise and act on sales opportunities
- ● Participate in team meetings and calibration sessions
Qualifications
- ● 3+ years in sales/customer service roles
- ● 5+ years in leadership or coaching roles
- ● Experience assessing inbound & outbound calls and emails
- ● SME business environment experience
- ● Exceptional communication skills
- ● Adaptable coaching approach to empower diverse learning styles
- ● Demonstrated passion for supporting team members and fostering collaboration
- ● Strong commitment to integrity in all client interactions and feedback processes
- ● Customer-centric work ethic focused on delivering value and satisfaction
- ● Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- ● Excellent time management skills
- ● Own reliable transport
