Job Description

As a Call Quality Coach, you will be working within a team, the core responsibility of the Call Quality Coach is to create & maintain long-standing relationships by providing first-class call & email assessments, coaching sessions, reporting and training suggestions including sales opportunities, customer experience programs, and staff engagement, to our customers. 

Key responsibilities & duties: 

  • ● Conduct quality assessments of sales and service calls & emails
  • ● Facilitate feedback and coaching sessions with clients
  • ● Deliver induction and training sessions remotely and in person
  • ● Contribute to training strategy and deliverables
  • ● Build client rapport and identify improvement opportunities
  • ● Recognise and act on sales opportunities
  • ● Participate in team meetings and calibration sessions

Qualifications

  • ● 3+ years in sales/customer service roles
  • ● 5+ years in leadership or coaching roles
  • ● Experience assessing inbound & outbound calls and emails
  • ● SME business environment experience
  • ● Exceptional communication skills
  • ● Adaptable coaching approach to empower diverse learning styles
  • ● Demonstrated passion for supporting team members and fostering collaboration
  • ● Strong commitment to integrity in all client interactions and feedback processes
  • ● Customer-centric work ethic focused on delivering value and satisfaction
  • ● Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • ● Excellent time management skills
  • ● Own reliable transport
