An experienced Enterprise Sales Executive who will be a critical member of our sales team and is responsible for identifying, nurturing, and closing new sales opportunities within an assigned enterprise-level region. This role focuses on generating new business through strategic prospecting, effective qualifying, collaborating with the team and closing sales deals to drive revenue growth.

What you will do…    

  • Articulate the value propositions of Axxess's SaaS offerings and services to enterprise clients through webinars, phone calls and in-person meetings
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage all contacts and leads efficiently, ensuring each opportunity is accurately processed
  • Take ownership of your regional pipeline and coordinate activities in collaboration with other team members to exceed sales targets.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador of Axxess at relevant trade shows and industry events to expand your network and generate leads.
  • Expertly qualify opportunities to ensure strong follow-through and commitment, leading to successful closure

What you will bring…    

  • Bachelor degree required
  • 5+ years of Home Health, Home Care, Hospice or relevant experience required   
  • Proven track record of success in selling SaaS or technology solutions to enterprise clients
  • Highly motivated hunter in new business development and cold calling processes    
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills 
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint  
  • Consistent over-achievement and demonstration of superior work ethic
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new sales strategies and market conditions
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred
