Job description

Work Setup: Work From Home

Shift: Morning Shift (8 AM - 5 PM)
Salary: Up to PHP 25,000 base pay

Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative with a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We are looking for a motivated individual with at least 3 years of experience in a customer-centric environment to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through email and virtual meetings.
  • Assist clients with visa and immigration-related services, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree holder (required).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a customer-centric environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Prior experience with visa and immigration services is a plus.
  • Proficient in managing emails and conducting virtual meetings.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently in a remote setup.
