Job description

This is a remote position.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented E-commerce Customer Support Specialist to join our team during the night shift. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional support via phone, email, and chat, helping customers navigate our e-commerce platform, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.


Expected Work Hours and Timezone

You are expected to work during US business hours.  You are also expected to work on occasional weekends due to business needs.


Work Set-up: 

Permanent work-from-home.



As a Customer Support Specialist, you will provide excellence by:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat.

  • Providing detailed information about products, orders, and shipping statuses.

  • Assist customers in resolving issues related to their accounts, transactions, and returns.

  • Processing orders, handling refunds, and escalating complex inquiries to appropriate departments.

  • Maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Documenting customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system accurately.

  • Collaborating with the team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

  • Participating in training sessions to stay updated on product features and company policies.



Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.

  • Availability to work in US business hours
