Job Requirements:

  • 2.5-5+ years of experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and implementing growth strategies. 
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends and tools, with a proven ability to adapt strategies quickly. 
  • Excellent communication and creative skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and messaging. 
  • Self-driven and independent, capable of managing multiple platforms and strategies with minimal supervision. 
  • Experience with social media analytics tools.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to grow the clients personal presence on Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms. 
  • Stay up to date with current social media trends and apply them to boost engagement, followers, and brand visibility. 
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across all platforms, ensuring consistent branding and tone.
  • Analyze social media analytics and performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize engagement, reach, and follower growth. 
  • Engage with followers and manage community interactions to build brand loyalty and encourage audience participation. 
  • Work independently, proactively suggesting and executing campaigns to drive growth with minimal oversight.
