Develop and operationalize launch plans and manage its cross-functional execution and release coordination activities
Own the product roadmap from pre-launch to post-launch by crafting country-specific go-to-market strategies (pricing, promotions/distributions, value proposition, etc.) and tracking its status to ensure these are being carried out efficiently
Understand the scope and operational responsibilities of all cross-functional team and onboard each one of their roles in specific launches
Maintain an organized planner/calendar of future product launches
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that all marketing collaterals are executed
Coordinate with the sales team to equip them with the necessary information and materials that will help them sell the products to new and existing clients effectively
Coordinate with the support and deployment team in handling customer feedback and requests
Set KPIs for each product launch and take accountability of these success metrics
Evaluate product launch and check what processes can be further improved to avoid contingencies
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College degree in any field
With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in product marketing and product/project management
Knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle is a plus
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Can coordinate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders of the company
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multi-task
Can work well independently and in a team
Excellent leadership and project management skills must have a strong accountability
