We’re looking for an ambitious, impact-driven Sales Manager to launch and grow our presence in France. You’ll be our second local hire—meaning you’ll have the unique opportunity to be the voice of reev and build the market from the ground up. With your sales expertise and entrepreneurial mindset, you’ll create long-lasting partnerships, drive sustainable growth, and help us establish a strong international brand in the EV charging industry.

This is a hybrid/remote position.


Responsibilities

Business development & sales:
  • You’re hungry for success, ready to roll up your sleeves, and won’t take no for an answer.
  • You don’t just chase short-term wins—your focus is on creating lasting partnerships that matter.
  • You thrive in consultative selling, working with professional installers, wholesalers, and businesses eager to embrace the EV charging revolution.
  • You’ll develop and implement a winning strategy to rapidly grow French market
  • You’ll translate our global business goals into a tailored local approach, using data and field insights to unlock market potential.
  • Through market analysis, you’ll shape our sales tactics, forecast growth, and keep an eye on trends and competitor activity in the EV charging space.
  • You’ll build a network of key stakeholders and foster relationships with industry leaders and local authorities.
Sales operations & partnership management:
  • You’ll lead the charge in acquiring new customers, negotiating deals, and establishing a strong client base in France
  • As a true connector, you’ll collaborate with our internal teams (marketing, product, etc.) as well as external partners to ensure success.
  • You’ll showcase reev’s value through pitches, training sessions, and by representing us at fairs and industry events.
What you bring along

  • At least 3 years of proven sales experience, ideally within (electrical) wholesale, partnership, or professional installer or similar fields.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a knack for both technical products and data-driven solutions.
  • A track record of success in partner and multiplier sales.
  • Knowledge of digital business structures and a passion for electromobility and new technologies.
  • A natural people person— you love to network.
  • A proactive, international, and driven mindset—you’re ready to collaborate with global colleagues and share your expertise.
  • Fluency in French, with strong English skills (additional languages are a plus).
  • Bonus: Experience with Salesforce and a solid understanding of the EV or energy industry.
