Location:

Salary Range:

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Assistant to join our team and provide essential support to our recruitment processes. This role is instrumental in ensuring smooth operations, timely communication, and effective coordination within the recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be organized, capable of handling high volumes of inquiries, and dedicated to supporting our mission of providing opportunities for all students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Review and input leads into our applicant tracking systems, ensuring accuracy and proper categorization.
  • Outreach & Conversion: Engage with prospective candidates from website referrals, converting them into qualified applicants.
  • Application Management: Identify and manage duplicate applications, ensuring accurate applicant records.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist the recruitment team by responding to internal inquiries, scheduling interviews, and providing administrative support during high-volume recruitment periods.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized records of recruitment activities and assist in compiling reports as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience handling high-volume phone communications.
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Basic education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Reliable internet connection (15 Mbps or more), a working computer, camera, and microphone.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with recruitment platforms like Fountain.
  • Background in driver recruitment or similar roles.
