Job description

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Management:
    • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, social media, email, etc.).
    • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
  2. SEO & Content Marketing:
    • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
    • Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content.
  3. Social Media Management:
    • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand presence.
    • Engage with the audience to foster community growth and monitor trends.
  4. Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and other key metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
    • Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights.
  5. Email Marketing:
    • Create and manage email campaigns, including list segmentation and A/B testing.
    • Analyze results to improve open and conversion rates.
  6. Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and sales teams.
    • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and email marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
