Job Title:

Client Engagement Director with Oracle Fusion expertise

Job Summary:

The Client Engagement Director (Manufacturing Vertical) will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring successful implementation of projects from delivery perspective and provide advisory services. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion and excellent project management skills to drive customer satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Be the Account Owner and nurture the potential opportunities and come up with proactive strategies & proposals and take them forward for discussions with relevant client stakeholders.
  • Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with Oracle Fusion solutions and act as a trusted advisor on the digital transformation journey.
  • Program Management: Oversee the implementation of various engagement, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget and leading to customer satisfaction.
  • Solution Expertise: Provide expert guidance on Oracle Fusion applications and their adaptability and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and also liase with any external alliances needed for the success of the account & customer relationship.
  • Governance & Reporting: Make sure governance in terms of QBR, MBRs are well planned and executed without fail and also ensure individual projects are sending the WSRs reflecting the project status covering the accomplishments, planned activities and risks and challenges that needs internal/external stakeholder intervention, and any other key metrics.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer engagement and project management (Manufacturing Vertical), with a focus on Oracle Fusion applications. 
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion applications are a plus.
