Job Description
  • Being a single point of contact towards everyone effected by Document and Knowledge Management., internal and external of Open Telekom Cloud.
  • Refinement and correction of existing documents regarding content and stakeholders using workflows.
  • Preparing the organization’s document set for internal and external audits.
  • Collecting and managing all the documents and coordination of our documentation framework.
  • Define the lifecycle management for our documents, define the responsibilities and regular updates.
  • Build up a Document Manager champion network.
  • Maintaining policy about Document management.
  • Harmonization of internal and external documentation management requirements.
  • Define and report measures to keep the desired level of quality of documents.
  • Preparation, coordination and evaluation of quality checks on documents.
  • Define the process for Knowledge Management to store knowledge base contents received from internal or even external parties.
  • Collecting knowledge bases, who uses what and how.
  • You will be responsible for the setup and operation of knowledge management platforms.
  • Responsible for elaborating methodologies and incentive plans for wiki based knowledge sharing together with Line Management.
