We’re a fast-growing recruiting company and we’re looking to bring a Part - time Creative Assistant to our own internal marketing team. This role will focus on creating high-quality digital assets for social media marketing campaigns targeting businesses, and functions within the recruiting industry.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing static graphics, carousels, and video editing, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging content that drives results.
Requirements:
Experience working with Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma (or similar platforms)
Experience with video editing (CapCut/Descript/Premiere/Other)
B2B experience is super helpful
Understanding of digital marketing campaigns
Timely turnover of digital assets
Knowledgeable of social media platforms (including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok)

SPECIFICATIONS
In this role, you would be reporting to two internal managers and drafting creative assets for social media marketing campaigns. Design prompts would be presented in most cases, but we greatly appreciate creative input and would be happy to give you the opportunity to take the initiative and present your own ideas!
This is a part-time role (20h/week), would require you to be compatible with the EST timezone, and has the opportunity to grow into full-time within 6 months.
Weekly Duties
(Responsibilities and assets required are subject to slight variation)
Drafting static images and carousel posts for Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
Editing 3-10 videos (Trimming, branding, captions)
Assisting with scheduling out social media content on occasion
Assisting with drafting ideas for upcoming posts (statics, videos, Tweets)
Assisting with rebranding of internal assets
Attending 1-3 weekly marketing meetings
You are expected to be on call and ready for meetings 20 hours per week, 4 set hours per day, 5 days a week
