About the team:
Our Amsterdam team is part of a dynamic and expanding practice within the Benelux region. The department focuses on advising and supporting our clients with Dutch immigration matters. Collaborating with other functions across Europe and globally, we promote knowledge sharing and teamwork to provide our clients with top-notch services.
About the role:
As an Immigration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Dutch immigration services, working closely with our Partner, other Immigration Managers, and Associates to implement our service strategies. A key focus will be on strengthening client relationships and fostering the professional development of the team.
Other key responsibilities will include:
Advising and supporting clients on complex immigration matters for the Netherlands
Assisting in the development and implementation of business strategies to expand our client base
Leading the team and promoting their professional development
Managing the billing process and monitoring monthly targets
Participating in projects aimed at process optimization and team efficiency
About you:
We are looking for a candidate with experience in a similar role, who thrives in a dynamic, international environment. The ideal candidate will possess:
Experience in immigration and/or global mobility, preferably within the Dutch market
Excellent team leadership and resource planning skills
A client-focused approach and the ability to build lasting client relationships
A growth mindset and willingness to learn new processes and technologies
The ability to work effectively across cultures and communicate efficiently
Fluency in English is essential, and proficiency in Dutch would be a significant advantage
