Develop, maintain, and execute the marketing plan in collaboration with the team, including the website, social media, and collateral.  Maintain a 30/60/90 day plan and be accountable for execution.

 

Abilities and Responsibilities:

 

Marketing Approach

  • Emphasis on using marketing efforts to assist Sales in New Business Development.
  • Education first approach to partnership building.
  • Marketing will focus on strategic relationships with partners to mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Marketing efforts will align to the business outcomes of the client.
  • You will need to be flexible regarding changing technologies, best practices, and regulations to ensure that we are helping to meet the needs of our clients.

 

Marketing Skills

  • Assist in building the website and maintain the content, including regular updates to the content.
  • Build and maintain the social media accounts, including frequent updates, through collaboration with the team.
  • Build collateral that will be used for sales efforts.
  • Assist with periodic webinars, such as promoting it on the socials and website, assisting in the production of the webinars, and participate in the webinar, if needed.
  • Adherence to key performance indicators, which will be created collaboratively.
  • Work with senior management on long- term marketing strategies.
  • Commitment to planning key activities conducive to growth.
  • Development and execution of go-to market programs in conjunction with the team in order to support revenue objectives.
  • Pro-active, self-starter with excellent time management and presentation skills.
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for technology, people, and processes.
  • Must have a hunger to be successful.
  • Must comprehend cybersecurity, technology, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) for your position.
  • Travel is required.

 

Versatility with Compliance and Cybersecurity Technologies (high level)

  • You will be required to learn about various technologies with regards to cybersecurity and compliance.
  • You will be required to understand and stay abreast of developments within the different solutions that we offer, the changing landscape of the threats, and the changes in regulated markets.

 

Interpersonal Skills and Client Communication (high level)

  • You will be required to communicate effectively with the internal team as well as any external communications at events.
  • Requires excellent communication capabilities and ability to support sales engagements.

Education and Experience:

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 5 plus years sales experience in the MSP channel is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple marketing projects and execute the plan on schedule.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit at a desk for long periods.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Ability to attend conferences.
  • Ability to setup and tear down a booth at an event.

 

Compensation:

The base pay for this position has a salary range of $85,000 to $100,000. The actual salary offer will take in to account a wide range of factors including the individual’s qualifications, experience as well as location. In addition, certain positions are eligible for bonuses or commissions.
